Lucy, based in Brisbane, Australia, joined the OLC team in 2017 as an executive assistant and has been supporting the Australian Director ever since.

With a strong background in digital design, web design, and marketing, she brings both creative flair and strategic insight to her role. Lucy holds a bachelor's degree in game design and business marketing, adding depth to her expertise.

She plays a key role in organizing the annual Care-Factor charity ball, handling all the digital design and marketing aspects, and is an active member of the committee, contributing to the event’s success each year.
